This high-flowing exhaust bolts directly to the factory dump pipe flange and runs seamlessly to the rear mufflers.

Proudly Australian-designed and locally manufactured, the system features mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, TIG-welded for exceptional durability and performance. While our exhaust system minimizes drone into the cabin, it’s important to note that achieving a completely “no-drone” system in a fastback-style vehicle like the Kia Stinger GT is not possible due to the absence of a rear firewall.

What’s Included in the Box?

• 3” Mandrel-Bent Stainless Steel Piping: Extends from the dump pipes for maximum exhaust flow.
• Centre 3” Resonators: Refines sound quality while reducing excessive noise.
• Tapered 2.5” Rear Mufflers: Engineered to fit the factory Kia tips. These 2.5” mufflers maintain power output while significantly reducing the drone associated with 3” mufflers.

Why No “J-Pipes”?

We avoided using “J-pipes” in our design as they only address resonance at a single RPM. For example, the loudest resonance point for the V6 Kia engine occurs at 2800rpm, requiring a “J-pipe” length of 1862mm to mitigate it. Instead, we focused on refining the overall exhaust design to provide broader noise control and superior sound quality across a wide RPM range.
