Return Policy Terms and Conditions.

First, if you are looking at our refund policy this means you’re one of our customers. This means we owe you a big “Thank You!” Nothing makes us happier then having a following of Dynomotive Customers, and as such we promise to deliver our best customer service and products, this includes repairing any issues along the way.

We spend a lot of time to ensure our products are tested before we sell to the pubic however sometimes there are hiccups along the way. Please if you have an issue reach out, call 03 9762 6500 or email support@dynomotive.com.au. We will assist with the best form of sending the item back for a refund or replacement.

Most cases we send you a return packing slip or post bag for returns to make it simple and straight forward. We ask that you package the product as if it was in working order, as if you have thrown out the original packaging please use bubble wrap and ensure its well protected.

For immediate replacement/repair please supply a copy of your invoice, and a report of issues.

All returns required to be sent to: Factory 1/18 Melrich Road, Bayswater, Victoria, Australia 3153. 

We have a 7 day money back guarantee on most items online unless otherwise stated in the items description, an example would be “none returnable item” would be a clearance items. This money back guarantee is for change of mind purchases and the item its required to be set back unopened in brand new condition at buyers expense.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dynomotive. This document outlines the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

  1. Order Processing After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
  2. Order Preparation Time The time required to prepare your order for shipping varies. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.
  3. Shipping Locations We offer shipping to various locations worldwide.
  4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of order shipment. These estimates should be used as a guide and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, as unexpected circumstances may affect delivery times. We strive to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe.

(a) Standard Shipping Orders will typically arrive within 10 business days.

  1. Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  2. Weekend and Holiday Deliveries: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  3. Delivery Times: These can vary due to carrier practices, the delivery location, the chosen method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  4. Separate Shipments: Some products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  5. Calculating Estimated Delivery Date:
    • Transit Time: This is the amount of time it takes for your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
    • Weight Factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method. To find out the total cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where shipping charges will be displayed.

Please note that due to the custom nature of some products, such as custom kits or specialized items, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

(v) Due to the customization of specialty items, packages may be delayed, especially during transit to and from our facility in Bayswater, Victoria. We appreciate your patience during this time.

(vi) We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

(vii) In-store pickup dates may vary based on product availability.

  1. Tracking Options

Dynomotive is committed to providing visibility and transparency throughout the shipping process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, a tracking link will be provided.

5.1. Domestic and International Tracking

All orders delivered within Australia automatically include tracking.

International orders are sent via Australia Post, which provides tracking and a unique tracking number once the order is posted. If we are asked to use alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and are not responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

  1. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. Random customs inspections may cause delays in delivery. Dynomotive is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not benefit from these charges and work closely with our brokers and carriers to minimize any fees. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including duties, taxes, and additional charges related to customs clearance.

  1. Damages

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@dynamotive.com.au.

  1. Missing or Lost Packages

There are several reasons why a package might be lost or experience a delivery exception. Often, the package is either at your building or with a neighbour. Dynomotive kindly requests that customers check common courier hiding spots. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at info@dynomotive.com.au to report the missing or lost package.
