We have made our own Inconel stud kit for our in house 1HDFTE Turbo kit and now we offer these to you for your DIY application.
The kit comes with 12 Inconel Studs and 12 copper locking nuts.
We also have a set of 4 available for the Turbo side of the exhaust manifold.
If you’re replacing the turbo do it right the first time & buy our Inconel stud kit, don’t compromise your build with the single use factory studs & nuts.
Why Inconel?
nickel-chrome-based super alloys
Inconel’s are a class of nickel-chrome-based super alloys characterized by high corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, strength at high temperatures, and creep resistance. Inconel is able to withstand elevated temperatures and extremely corrosive environments due to two factors. The properties of INCONEL alloy 625 that make it an excellent choice for engine bay environments as they are, high corrosion-fatigue strength, high tensile strength, and resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.
