GQ-NISSAN-PATROL 4-INCH AIRBOX and SNORKEL

Dynomotive now has the GQ-NISSAN-PATROL 4-INCH AIRBOX and SNORKEL available.

Following the popularity of the ZD30 style airboxes, Patroldocta developed the PATROLDOCTA 4 INCH STAINLESS AIRBOX AND SNORKEL KIT TO SUIT GQ NISSAN PATROLS.

• the larger 4″ airbox now comes included in the snorkel kit.
• Unlike many 4″ snorkels, you do not have to cut holes in the inner guard,
  • which often creates roadworthiness issues because of the alteration to a structural part of the body,
• the snorkel passes above the inner guard and through a hole cut in the corner of the bonnet,
  • this also places the snorkel out of harms way,
• the snorkel mounts on 2 existing M6 weld nuts in the inner guard and the pillar mount,
  • which is attached using 7 rivets and a polyurethane adhesive for waterproofness,
  • to fit this kit you must relocate all existing components from the rear of the passenger guard,
    • this often includes Ignition Coil, diesel vacuum systems, vacuum locker solenoids, LPG converters etc,
• your factory radiator overflow bottle must be shifted forward as well,
• included is a Donaldson vacuator valve,
  • this valve is installed at the lowest point of the airbox housing to allow any water to drain out,
• Not to mention the compactness, huge airflow capacity and ease of installation.
