Kia Stinger Dump Pipe Back – DM-STGR-DBE-BM
Dynomotive-built Kia Stinger dump pipe back exhaust (non-bimodal).
This high-flowing exhaust system bolts directly to the factory dump pipe flange and runs all the way to the rear mufflers.
Proudly Australian-designed and locally manufactured, the system features mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, TIG-welded for durability and performance. While our exhaust system emits minimal drone into the cabin, it is important to note that in a fastback-style vehicle, such as the Kia Stinger GT, achieving a “no-drone” system is impossible due to the absence of a rear firewall.
Key Features:
- Developed through extensive R&D, tested on our own Kia Stinger GT with nearly every exhaust combination available.
- Delivers optimal exhaust flow and sound quality, unlike anything else on the market.
- Similar to the setup used in our record-breaking 700hp-at-the-wheels Kia Stinger.
- Designed with performance, durability, and minimal cabin drone in mind.
What’s Included in the Box?
- 3” Mandrel-Bent Stainless Steel Piping: Extends from the dump pipes for maximum flow.
- Centre 3” Resonators: To refine sound quality and reduce excessive noise.
- Tapered 2.5” Rear Mufflers: Precision-designed to fit the factory Kia tips. These 2.5” mufflers maintain power output while reducing the drone associated with 3” mufflers.
We deliberately avoided “J-pipes” in our design, as they only control resonance at a specific RPM. For example, addressing the V6 Kia engine’s loudest resonance point at 2800rpm requires a pipe length of 1862mm. After extensive testing, we determined that a better overall solution was to refine the exhaust design itself for broader noise control.
Performance Specs:
After 18 months of development, our exhaust system delivers unparalleled performance. It supports up to 850hp, while offering superior noise control across the widest range compared to any other system on the market.
